Future of Music Policy Summit 2005: Program Evaluation

September 11-13, 2005, GWU's Lisner Auditorium, Washington, DC

Please take 5 minutes to answer the following questions and provide feedback about this year's FMC Policy Summit so that we can make next year's event even better. Note that your answers are both confidential and anonymous, unless you provide your name and email address at the bottom of the form, which is completely optional. 1. This year's Summit was scheduled for mid-September on a Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Is this a convenient time and, if not, do you have other suggestions?:
