Marvin Center Betts Theatre

The Summit will be held in Betts Theatre, which is on the first floor of the George Washington University Marvin Center on 21st Street between H and I, NW, Washington, DC. Marvin Center's desk number is (202) 994-7470.

The building is wheelchair accessible.

Local Transportation and Parking

George Washington University is located in the heart of the nation's capital at 21st and I Streets, NW, Washington, DC 20052. Strategically situated near many cultural attractions, hotels, and restaurants, GWU's campus is easily accessible by taxi, Metro, car, or by foot. It is also a short taxi or Metro trip from Union Station (Amtrak), and Washington National Airport (aka Reagan Airport).

The Marvin Center is just three blocks from the Foggy Bottom/GWU Metro station on the blue and orange lines. Parking is available at the University Garage, located on I Street at 22nd. The main programming will be held in Betts Theatre, which is on the first floor of the Marvin Center. We will also use rooms on the 3rd floor for breakout sessions, and the Grand Ballroom for cocktail parties.

from the Foggy Bottom Metro

The closest metro stop to the Marvin Center is the Foggy Bottom/GWU metro station on the Orange and Blue lines.  There is only one exit out of the station. The escalators will bring you to the intersection of 23rd and I Streets. The Marvin Center is located three blocks from the station. Walk straight along I Street for two blocks to 21st Street. Turn right and walk a half-block to the front doors of the Marvin Center. See DC's Metro rail map
