Health Insurance Survey

The Future of Music Coalition is conducting research about musicians and health insurance. The purpose of this study is to gauge the extent of health care coverage among musicians, and to better understand artists' experience with the provision of health insurance. You have been contacted either because you were on an FMC e-mail list, or you were forwarded this link by a third party.

As of July 15, 2002 the online health insurance survey is complete and we have taken it off the website.

Thanks to everyone who filled out the survey or who put links up on their websites. We received close to 3000 completed surveys!
