Big Star Tribute in NYC just got BIGGER!

Last week, we told you about a KILLER show in NYC paying tribute to the legendary Memphis rock-pop-soul act Big Star. The band’s leader, Alex Chilton, passed away last March of a heart attack. He didn’t have health insurance at the time.
On Saturday, March 26 an incredible crew of artists will come together for Big Star’s Third Live. The show is a benefit for the New Orleans Musicians’ Clinic and proceeds from poster sales (signed and unsigned) go to FMC’s Health Insurance Navigation Tool (HINT) — a FREE service for musicians seeking to learn more about their health insurance options.
Check out this incredible lineup:

Since Chilton’s passing, there have been a number of benefit shows and tribute nights involving the remaining members of Big Star, and a cavalcade of musical friends. Saturday’s show is looking like the biggest yet.
